A new music and culture venue called "RASA" is opening in Singapore

Starting this January, Singapore will welcome "RASA", an innovative space dedicated to music, art, and culture. Designed by Studio Karhard, the team behind Berlin’s Berghain, the venue will feature two rooms: the hall, proposing downtempo, reggae, and funk, and the floor, focused on house and electronic music, with nights ranging from ’90s classics to acid house.

Equipped with a custom-designed audio system and immersive lighting, "RASA" blends futuristic design with a warm, welcoming vibe. "A haven for exploring sounds and cultures", said founder Kavan Spruyt, describing the project as a tribute to Southeast Asia, showcasing local talent alongside international artists.

The first resident, Wild Pearl, an independent nightclub and radio station, promises an exciting launch for this new cultural landmark.
