Over ten years after its original release, Bucie’s "Get Over It" returns in a new version courtesy of Greek producer Non Grata, out now on Madorasindahouse.
The track remains anchored by Bucie’s unmistakable vocal, a defining element of South African house that has travelled far beyond its origins. The original still holds strong with over 20 million streams and continues to sit alongside some of her most recognised work with Black Coffee, helping shape the sound of afro house on a global level.
Non Grata approaches the remix with a light touch, keeping the emotional weight of the song intact while reshaping its rhythm and atmosphere for a modern setting.
