Pacho & Pepo are a powerhouse duo in the Eastern European House music scene, blending deep, groovy, and tech-driven sounds that capture the essence of modern House. With roots in Bulgaria’s vibrant city of Plovdiv, they’ve earned international recognition through collaborations with top labels and support from world-renowned DJs like Marco Carola and Paco Osuna. Pacho & Pepo’s passion for music goes beyond the studio — they’ve shaped the Balkan electronic landscape with their influential labels and award-winning productions. Today, they continue to push boundaries, hosting popular radio shows and performing worldwide, solidifying their place as true pioneers in the global House community.
Pacho & Pepo describe their project as a journey where groove, emotion, and sonic identity are deeply connected. Tracks like Maitu start from the instrumental side: the rhythm and atmosphere are built first, and only once the musical world feels complete do they look for a voice that can naturally grow out of it. Their collaboration with Sofyia Nzau came from this exact process, driven by an immediate emotional connection to the track. For the duo, a vocal truly works when it doesn’t dominate the music but becomes part of the rhythm, enhancing the overall feeling and flow.
Their roots in the European house and electronic scene remain a solid foundation, especially in terms of structure, dynamics, and club energy.
