John Digweed announces "Live at Twilo"

Twenty-five years after the club's closure, Digweed revisits one of electronic music's most iconic dancefloors with a five-hour live recording from Twilo's historic reunion.

John Digweed is set to release "Live at Twilo" on July 24, a four-CD live recording documenting his long-awaited return to New York's legendary nightclub during its one-off reunion on March 6, 2026.

Recorded as part of Danny Tenaglia's birthday weekend celebrations, the release captures five hours from Digweed's set, bringing together music that spans three decades. From New York house classics to today's underground sounds, the mix reflects both the club's history and Digweed's enduring approach behind the decks.

Few venues have left a mark on dance music quite like Twilo. During the late 1990s, the club became synonymous with marathon DJ sets, thanks in large part to the monthly residencies of Sasha and John Digweed. Their appearances between 1996 and the club's closure in 2001 helped shape the sound of progressive house and established Twilo as one of electronic music's most influential spaces.

Speaking about the release, Digweed described the night as "a dream come true", adding that listening back to the recording convinced him it deserved to be shared. He also revealed that the limited signed CD editions and vinyl bundles sold out within ten days of the announcement, highlighting the excitement surrounding the project.

Spread across four CDs, with four continuous mixes also available exclusively on Bandcamp, "Live at Twilo" features tracks from artists including Angel Moraes, Deep Dish, John Creamer & Stephane K, Frankey & Sandrino, Tom Pavicich, Yunus Guvenen and Rocco Rodamaal. Recorded in front of a packed room of fans who travelled from around the world for one more night on the iconic dancefloor, the album stands as a document of a club that continues to hold a unique place in electronic music history.
