Quincy - Looking [Sommersville Records]

With "Looking,” Quincy (BE)" delivers a club-focused track that finds its strength in the balance between groove and atmosphere. The Belgian artist keeps the arrangement directed towards the dancefloor, favouring a measured progression over unnecessary excess. The result is a cut built around its rhythmic pull, with enough space for the details to emerge naturally.

Quincy (BE) approaches the production with a clear sense of purpose, keeping the momentum steady while allowing the track to develop at its own pace. Rather than relying on obvious tricks, "Looking" works through its structure and the relationship between its elements, making it a solid choice for DJs "looking" to maintain a consistent flow in their sets.

With this release, Quincy (BE) adds another dancefloor-minded cut to his catalogue, one suited to late-night selections and extended transitions. "Looking" is a track that favours control over spectacle, leaving the groove to do the talking.
