The Italian success story expands with a new Spanish interpretation.

Samurai Jay continues his international rise with the release of "Obsesión", the Spanish version of his Sanremo 2026 hit "Ossessione", performed at the Festival di Sanremo. The single is now officially out on all platforms and is accompanied by its official music video.
The track features Naiara, winner of Operación Triunfo, one of the most promising new voices in Spanish pop. The collaboration strengthens the bridge between Italian and Spanish music scenes, giving the song strong international appeal.
The two artists first performed "Obsesión" live on April 10 at the LOS40 Primavera Pop in Madrid, marking their debut together on one of Spain’s biggest pop stages.
The release follows the huge success of "Ossessione", which became a standout hit from Sanremo 2026: the first song from the festival to earn gold certification and the only one to top the FIMI/NIQ charts for two consecutive weeks. It also continues to perform strongly on streaming platforms, holding the #1 spot on Spotify Italy’s Top 50 and entering the Global Top 200.
The track has surpassed 25 million streams and 1.5 million daily plays, while also achieving strong results across Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Shazam. Its official video has gathered millions of views on YouTube, and on TikTok the song has gone viral with over 170,000 user-generated videos.
Meanwhile, Naiara continues her rise in Spain, also collaborating with Abraham Mateo on "Tienes que Saber" and working on her upcoming EP "LA ESPAÑOLA". She also recently earned a platinum certification for "Halo", which has surpassed 70 million streams.
With "Obsesión", Samurai Jay strengthens his international presence, marking a key step in his growing global career.
