Siren Spell’s "PAINPOP" EP, released on 24th June 2026, opens with "Make Me Feel" immediately setting a warm, bright tone that gives the release its first spark. From there, "Dawn of Inside" turns inward, introducing a more intimate and reflective atmosphere, while "Poem to Madness" pushes the emotional tension further, bringing a darker and more unsettled edge to the journey.
The contrast between the three tracks is what gives "PAINPOP" its character. "Make Me Feel" feels open and immediate, "Dawn of Inside" is more introspective, and "Poem to Madness" explores a more fractured emotional space. Anna Borshun’s remix of "Make Me Feel" then blend a fresh interpretation of the EP’s opening track, shifting its energy without losing the essence of the original.
Rather than sounding like three unrelated pieces, "PAINPOP" has a clear sense of movement, starting in the light and gradually moving into deeper territory before returning to the familiar world of "Make Me Feel" through the remix. It’s a concise release, but there’s enough contrast, atmosphere and emotional detail here to make repeated listens worthwhile without falling into the usual alternative-pop formulas.
