TO/YA, also known as DJ TO/YA, is one of the most dynamic figures in the European electronic music scene. Active since 2010, she has built her career across clubs, festivals, and international events, standing out for her deep house, house, and tech house sets that combine energy, sophistication, and a keen sense of rhythm. Her musical journey, which began at a young age, has led her not only to perform worldwide but also to explore production and remixing, participating in innovative projects such as "Electric Girls". With nearly 200 events per year, TO/YA has established herself as a key reference for the new generation of electronic artists, turning every performance into a unique experience and solidifying her reputation on the international stage.
You started your music career in 2010 and have performed in over 190 shows annually. How would you describe the evolution of your musical style over the years, and which artists or genres have influenced you the most?
I started out playing r’n’b, hip hop, pop and funky — that was my first musical school and a huge lesson in mixing and working with rhythm. Later on, I discovered house music and instantly fell in love with it. From deep house, through more dance-driven house, all the way to heavier club sounds — that’s how I naturally arrived at tech house, which I play today. I’ve always been influenced by both classic house melodies and modern, energetic productions that work perfectly on the dancefloor.
Your track "Movin’ On" has recently gained massive international traction — especially after David Guetta added it to his Spotify playlist. What inspired this track, and how did it feel to see it resonate globally?
"Movin’ On" was created at a very personal moment — when I needed motivation to move forward and leave behind everything that was holding me back. It was supposed to be a track just for me, my own inner strength. And it ended up becoming a piece that now appears on motivational playlists for athletes and people who want to push ahead. When I saw that David Guetta added it to his Spotify playlist, I was completely shocked — and incredibly grateful. That moment took the track global and proved that honesty in music travels the furthest.
As a DJ resident in some of Poland’s top clubs, how do you keep the energy high during your sets? What elements do you consider essential to creating a memorable experience for your audience?
I keep the energy high by constantly reading the crowd and building my set like a story. I love guiding people step by step — from deeper grooves to moments of total explosive energy. For me, the most important thing is that people feel the flow, the shared energy, and can completely lose themselves in the music.

As an ambassador for Reloop Polska, what equipment do you use during your performances, and how does it shape your approach to electronic music?
I’ve been using Reloop headphones for years — they’ve been with me practically from the beginning and they’ll stay with me forever. Another game-changer for me is the Reloop Mixtour Pro, which allows me to create sets literally anywhere — while traveling, in a hotel, backstage. It gives me full creative freedom and lets me capture ideas the moment they appear.
Looking ahead, what artistic directions do you plan to explore? Are there any upcoming collaborations or projects that might surprise your fans?
I want to continue developing my tech house direction, while also experimenting with new textures and more powerful energy. I’m working on several new projects that show a slightly different side of my sound — and I think they’ll be a positive surprise for my fans. The upcoming period will be full of fresh ideas and new musical experiences.
