"Future Vision" marks your debut EP on Wout Records. What was the main inspiration behind this project, and what message or feeling do you hope listeners take away from it?

The inspiration behind this EP is the emotional feeling and connection made when listening to not just Melodic Techno as a genre but electronic music in general, I’m hoping listeners of this EP can feel that when listening to this EP.

Your music is known for exploring the emotional power of sound. How would you describe the connection between emotion and melody in your approach to melodic techno?

Everyone’s interpretation is different but for me the emotional core of melodic techno comes from the melodies in the music itself, it expresses feelings that words can’t capture and using this I create something where the listeners don’t just hear the music, they feel it.

With over a decade of experience and releases on respected labels like Ballroom Records and Jendex Records, how has your sound evolved over the years, and what have been some key milestones in your journey?

My sound has definitely evolved over the past decade, not just in the quality of my productions but in genre too, I started producing deep house and piano house before I stitched my sound to melodic techno & house. The key moments in my journey so far are actually simple things such as releasing my own original music independently, having my first release on a record label and my first official remix release. For me it’s important to remember and treasure every moment in my journey because there was a point in time where those things I’ve achieved so far were just a dream; That’s something I’ll always remember and be grateful for.

You've gained recognition from platforms like BBC Introducing and Future Hits Radio. How has that kind of exposure impacted your career and your connection with a broader audience?

Of course it’s an amazing feeling to have my music supported in any capacity but being featured on these platforms has really helped open doors and connected my music with a wider audience which has also given me more confidence and shown me that my music resonates not just with an underground audience but a commercial one too.

The melodic techno scene continues to evolve. Which artists or movements are inspiring you right now, and where do you see your sound heading in the near future?

I draw inspiration from all music genres that I love and listen to on a personal level but within the Melodic Techno scene artists like Anyma, Mrak, and Cassian are dominating the genre but for me Massano and CamelPhat are my biggest inspirations because the come from Liverpool and I grew up close to there so to see them achieve what they have so far is very inspiring. In terms of where my sound is heading I’d say it's staying mainly in Melodic Techno and it will continue to evolve as the genre does.
