Civil Servant crafts a bold sonic evolution, blending emotional depth with forward-thinking electronic soundscapes.

Descension Recordings presents "Exodus", the latest EP from Civil Servant, marking a new creative chapter for the artist.
More than just a collection of tracks, "Exodus" is an emotional and sonic journey inspired by the story of Exodus — a symbol of letting go, change, and stepping into the unknown with intention. The six tracks blend cinematic atmospheres and introspection with a driving, focused sound.
The EP opens with "Into the Unknown", featuring Eleonora, whose vocals bring a powerful human touch and emotional depth. Tracks like "Begging You", "Rhythm of Exodus", and "Liberate" explore themes of release and movement. Adding a fresh dimension, Juheun — an internationally recognized artist — delivers a futuristic remix of "Into the Unknown", amplifying the project’s theme of transformation.
"Exodus" captures a moment of evolution for Civil Servant, who doesn’t just revisit a familiar sound but steps boldly into a new artistic phase. The EP is also part of the wider creative MUSIC+ project, involving Civil Servant, Eleonora, Juheun, Mossa, and Donnerstag — a collective effort shaping a growing musical vision.
