Icon of Electronic Music
Born in Sicily, Franchino moved to Tuscany at the age of 18, initially pursuing a career as a hairdresser. However, his true passion soon led him to the nightclub scene, where he carved out a niche by overlaying his distinctive voice onto house and techno beats. With his unique style and infectious energy, which became his trademark, Franchino quickly conquered the clubs of the Romagna Riviera starting in the late '80s.
Franchino left an indelible mark through collaborations with renowned DJ and producer Ricky Le Roy and by hosting unforgettable nights in iconic venues such as Paradiso and Cocoricò. His fame also reached international levels, leading him to perform in some of the most famous clubs in the Balearic Islands, including those in Ibiza.
The loss of Franchino leaves a profound void in the Italian electronic music scene and in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him and admiring his talent.
