NTS Radio announces Tottenham goalie Alfie Whiteman, DEEP MEDi, gyrofield, more residencies
NTS Radio has unveiled its roster of new residents for the upcoming spring and summer of 2024.
The lineup features notable names such as dubstep pioneer Mala's DEEP MEDi Musik, Miami-based producer Nick León, and the versatile Lisbon label and collective PRINCIPÉ.
Notably, Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Alfie Whiteman will debut his show "Sweet Tooth", exploring funk, soul, psychedelic rock, and jazz fusion.
Additionally, Bristol-based bass artist gyrofield joins the lineup. Other diverse talents include music critic Anthony Fantano, experimental artists like PLO Man and Astrid Sonne, and Dark Entries, a label dedicated to reviving the 1980s underground scene.
The roster also includes collectives like Drowned By Locals from Amman, Jordan, Rupture from London, and Wonder Cabinet from Bethlehem, Palestine, as well as Wathéča Records, focusing on North American indigenous artists.
