"On Delay" marks your recent collaboration with David Hopperman on AFROKHIN. Can you tell us how this collaboration came about and what the concept behind the track was?

Answer: I’d actually already collaborated with David Hopperman on my last track, so when I started working on 'On Delay', I sent it over to him to see what he thought and if he’d be interested in working on it together. Luckily, he loved it, and we immediately started building on the ideas. The concept behind the track was all about blending African rhythms with modern electronic sounds while keeping it energetic and dancefloor-ready. We wanted it to be something that moves people, whether they’re at a club or just listening at home – a fresh mix of tradition and innovation.

Your music spans afro house, deep house, melodic, and organic house. How do you choose which sounds and elements to combine to create your unique musical journey?

Answer: For me, it always starts with a feeling. I have to genuinely love a track myself before I play it, otherwise, it just doesn’t work on the dancefloor. I don’t force a genre. I let the mood guide the sounds and elements I bring in. Whether it’s Afro House, Deep, Melodic, or Organic, I experiment with rhythms, percussion, and melodic layers until it all clicks. My goal is to create a journey that moves people emotionally and physically, balancing groove, atmosphere, and emotion in a way that’s uniquely mine

People say your music isn’t "just a string of sounds, but a deep journey". What do you hope listeners feel when they experience "On Delay"?

Answer: When people say my music is more than just a string of sounds, it really resonates with me, because that’s exactly what I aim for. With 'On Delay', I want listeners to feel transported, to be taken on a journey where every element, every rhythm, every melody has a purpose. It’s about creating emotion and movement at the same time, something that connects deeply but also makes you want to dance. For me, music isn’t just heard. It's felt, and I hope that anyone listening can lose themselves in that feeling for a few minutes and come out of it energized and inspired.

Munich has a vibrant electronic music scene. How does your urban environment influence your sound and productions?

Answer: Munich is actually the city where I had my very first shows, so it will always have a special place in my heart. It’s where everything started for me and where I really learned how to connect with people through music.

My style has evolved a lot since then, and I truly believe you grow with every show you play. Every crowd, every night, every moment on stage leaves its mark on your sound.

At the same time, a lot of my inspiration comes from traveling. Flying out to shows around the world, experiencing different cultures, different energies, and different crowds, that really shapes how I hear and create music. I try to bring all of that back into my productions, combining those global influences with my own emotional and organic style.

So in a way, my sound is a reflection of both: where I started, and everything I experience along the journey.

Looking ahead, what projects or collaborations are you planning, and are there any new musical directions you’d like to explore in your upcoming work?

Answer: Right now I’m deep in the studio working on some new tracks, and I’m letting the music lead the way. I love to experiment, push boundaries, and see which collaborations naturally spark.

At the moment, I’m working on a more melodic direction, crafting a track that’s emotional, atmospheric, and really immersive. I’m also excited to explore Indie Dance vibes, blending it with my signature sound to create something fresh and unexpected.

For me, it’s all about passion and evolution. Every track, every collaboration, every experiment is a chance to grow, to challenge myself, and to bring something powerful to the dancefloor and to the listener’s experience.
