Bubba Brothers: "Listening to a lot of different kinds of music helps a lot in the process"

Eliseu Correia, aka Bubba Brothers, from Faro, Portugal, is a rising force in electronic music, known for blending house grooves with melodic and progressive textures. With releases on labels like Spinnin’ Records, Toolroom, and his own Mossdeb Sounds, he has earned chart success on Beatport and recognition at the Vicious Awards. His dynamic live shows have taken him to iconic clubs and festivals across Europe, sharing stages with renowned artists and connecting with audiences through immersive sets. In 2023 he launched his Ibiza residency at Monkey Club and created his own event concept, "Loko by Bubba Brothers", showcasing his signature sound and vision.
Since transitioning from a duo to a solo act, how has your creative process evolved in producing "Vicious"?
The process is now faster and "Vicious" is an example of that. Nothing has changed in the BubbaSound as you can hear on both track and i ll
do my best to create better music.
Your sound blends House and Melodic House in a very distinctive way. How do you select the sounds and moods that define your tracks?
It s all about inspiration . There is no recipe for that , especially no conventional one.Listening to a lot of different kind of music helps a lot in the process.
"Vicious" was released on MOSSDEB SOUNDS. What drew you to this label, and how did it influence the project?
It s only normal that i use my own label many times. I recorded alson Spinnin Records , Alleanza , Golden Recordings , Toolrooms etc ..so it depends on the track and on the opportunities
Your live sets are known for their energy and ability to engage the audience. How do you translate the emotions of your tracks into a live experience?
When i m on stage the music takes possession of me. It s like i m in another dimension as the energy of the beats start to take over me.
It s give and take of that fantastic vibe between me and the public.
It s absolute fantastic and the adrenaline is not comparable to anything else.
i live for the moments.
Looking ahead, what challenges or collaborations are you most excited to pursue as a solo artist?
There a lot of things going on at the moment and some amazing thinks will kick in ,in 2026.
