"ZAR ZOR" marks your first collaboration with Samantha Loveridge: what impressed you the most about her musical approach, and how did it influence your creative process?
On Samantha Loveridge’s musical approach: Her deep and atmospheric electronic approach really inspired me, and it led me to entrust her with one of my songs where I tried bolder melodies.
You’ve blended Turkish pop roots with the international electronic scene: what was the biggest challenge in balancing these two identities within the track?
The biggest challenge was keeping the emotional intensity without losing rhythmic energy. But ZAR ZOR is one of those rare Turkish songs that clicked with Western melodies.
Looking ahead, do you see this collaboration with Samantha Loveridge as the beginning of a new direction for your music, or as a unique experiment in your artistic journey?
Well it’s both an experience that opens the door to a new direction and a special memory at the same time.

Your international audience is used to hearing you move between pop, rock, and electronic sounds: what do you think makes "ZAR ZOR" stand out compared to your previous work?
It has a more global sound and carries a spirit that transcends boundaries i guess.
What was the most significant or surprising moment during the creation of "ZAR ZOR"?
An improvised vocal take in the studio ended up becoming the core of the song. That was the most surprising moment.
